Robert Pütter

Co-founder & Partner

Robert co-founded CleanCap in 2024 and alongside his partners oversees all of CleanCap's activities.

Prior to founding CleanCap, Robert was an investment professional at Renewable Power Capital, CPP Investments' European onshore renewables investment platform. Prior to that he worked at Augusta & Co, a leading European renewables financial advisory firm.

Henrik Boge Thu

Co-founder & Partner

Henrik co-founded CleanCap in 2024 and alongside his partners oversees all of CleanCap's activities.

Prior to founding CleanCap, Henrik was an investment professional at BlackRock, in the European direct equity investment team focusing on renewables and climate infrastructure. Prior to that he worked at Augusta & Co, a leading European renewables financial advisory firm.

Léonard de Rivière

Co-founder & Partner

Léonard co-founded CleanCap in 2024 and alongside his partners oversees all of CleanCap's activities.

Prior to founding CleanCap, Léonard was an investment professional at Generate Capital, a San Francisco headquartered climate infrastructure fund across the energy transition. Prior to that he worked at Augusta & Co, a leading European renewables financial advisory firm.

Thomas Pütter

Advisory Board

Thomas has 40+ years of investment experience. He is the founder and CEO of Ancora Finance Group, an FCA regulated investment advisory and corporate finance firm.

He is the former CEO & Chairman of Allianz Capital Partners and Allianz Alternative Assets Holding. He has an extensive investment track-record with top decile returns, building a multi-billion-euro direct investment portfolio.

Thomas holds a BA Hons degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from Oxford University and is bi-lingual English and German.

Simon Clement-Davies

Advisory Board

Simon has 30+ years of experience and has focussed on financing renewables for the last 15+ years. He is a Senior Partner at Augusta & Co and leads its franchise in the Nordics, where the firm has consistently been a leading adviser over the last decade.

Simon has led on many of the most notable M&A, equity and debt capital raising, as well as PPA transactions in the region, working with many of the leading companies.

Simon holds a BA Hons degree in Modern History from Oxford University. He was an exhibitioner at Balliol College, Oxford.
